This is a classic case of the false cause fallacy.Where u are arguing that because they were a nice they suffered loss but whereas the cause of their loss was entirely different. Dong did the right thing and i dont think losing some imaginary money is nothing before losing yourself. And lizzie didnt lose because she was nice but bcoz of the dishonesty and cunningness of the businessmen. And the guy who had to lose all the shares in facebook had to not because he was nice but because he was gullible and didnt think straight. You are showing everyone to be like those zuckerbergs who dont care about people and who dont care about humanity and values like honesty U are saying be honest but what u really are saying is be dishonest. Bill gates had privilages which made him successful dont try to mislead people its really bad that u are basing yourself on your opinions rather than facts.

I was also a nice guy and used to help my classmates a lot. But when it comes on their turn no one help by saying "mein bhul gaya" Ya "mujhe yaad nahi tha", " Mujhe time nahi mila". They used to disrespect me in the class Or try to bully me but dad is dad they were unable to do that. After these incidents I had taken my revenge from all of them. Those fake friends. Now I am very happy by making them feel of a legend they lost.

Well it's true. Being nice everytime isn't good at all. Most of them around you, will just take advantage of you for being nice. But when you don't care about what others think of you, your confidence just boosts up(more like you don't feel tensed or fear). It's like you can do anything without any regrets.

I have a story of mine too. If you would like to hear.. I'm the best piano player of my school. But I never really showed my talent to anyone except my then best friend. He was Head boy of the school, I asked him whether I can play Piano on teachers day occasion and can show my talent. He said there are many performances and it was not possible for me to do so. He then wanted to learn a Piano peice called "Fur Elise" from me. I taught him through video call in less than 4 days. and then during the Teachers day I saw him playing that exact same peice which i taught him. That was the day I thought how Nice i was. And how "practical" he was to use me.
