I got an amazon suit last year for halloween and i'll say this, i had a blast. It was so fun and the first time i ever felt that euphoria of feeling like a super hero. That being said the suit fit of course wasn't perfect and i decided to buy a higher quality suit this year from herostime and am very happy with it. I think the amazon suit is option is great for a budget, also if you have a sewing machine and can tailor your waist in (which i sadly couldn't do) i think that would make it much better for almost no cost.

Also my herostime suit came in like less than a week, they responded super quick to all my emails (because i was confused as it was my first order), and it is of great quality. my experience was great.

True, I got a few suits from Amazon, and they aren't terrible, but if you get a faceshell from another site and you can sew a few parts of these suits to fit better that's even better cause I can sew to make the hips and waist better so it's all good for me hahah 😀

This video is really helpful and I agree with what you say about print costumes I only just ordered my first suit fron them 4 or 5 weeks ago now and still waiting but I know I can trust them as everyone I know has suit from them and everyone who I follow does so not worried but this video helps out a lot and keep up the great work dude😀👍

I got this cosplay from Ezcosplay, and overall the costume looked fine, but the mask was wonky and it was way too big for me. I got a scarlet spider one and I think they gave me a mens too. I mean I got it on sale from $200 to $100 though so I mean- hopefully I’ll grow into it lol

hey an amazon suit is never a bad option for a first or cheap suit. Maybe youll love it! for some people it works. Always serves as a good stepping stone before you cash out on a pricey one.

I also actually forgot to mention too that I really love how if you order a suit and the mask wasn't what or how you expected it to look like i love how you can just order the mask too without having to order a whole another new suit thats what ive did done with my tasm suit i ordered my tasm suit and then i ordered another different looking mask now thats AWESOME

Only reason I’m gonna get my first suit on Amazon is it’s gonna be my starter suit. I don’t wanna grow more and have bought a good nice spidey cosplay and it not fit since I’m still growing. I also need to build up money. But I do plan on getting a good spidey cosplay off of print costume down the line

Hey dude this is a really cool video! It's good to let people know where to and where not to buy suits ^^ But i feel like you were kinda talking in circles at the end of the "bad suits" segment? don't get me wrong i love your videos (and i have adhd so i get the ramble instinct too) but maybe you could improve your videos if you wrote a loose script beforehand? or at least a bullet point to stick to? again please don't hate me i just see a fellow nervous talker and wanna give some tips that helped me ^^;

aliexpress is weird bc its all like drop shipping and fake stuff. So you never know what youll get. Thats why i dont reccomend it. Bc while you got lucky, someone else may get screwed.

i wouldnt get a spider suit from instagram. Get the suits from a sew shop like RPC or Printcostume

Ive ordered mine from Ebay most of them were 50 almost 60 dollars but my most expensive one ive ever ordered from Ebay was my 1994 tas suit that was 70 something dollars

But and at some point im ill diffently order that black spiderman suit from nwh because that one was pretty dope too i would have also loved that ironspiderman suit but we all saw it in like how many movies was that now nwh avengers infinity war avengers end game the showcase for that suit so much kind of killed it for me

Ive only didn't never ordered from prints or heroestime or the third place you mentioned because well 1 im not rich only have ever had one job 2 im not a famous youtuber either and or someone who also doesn't know how or where to get good video editing equipment for KZread videos and 3 i diffently don't think ill ever have couples hundreds of dollars to keep throwing out everywhere on a spiderman costume so im ill stick with Ebay infact the only thing I was worried about from Ebay and the seller who i ordered from was if they were just gonna steal my money and my suit would never arrive in the mail but my suits always did arrive in the mail and the seller never did just steal money from me so i can trust Ebay for sure

you can upload a custom design to some sites. Partner with a pattern maker to bring your design to a print pattern, then upload it to the custom suit option. I know print costume offers the option, not sure who else.

the masks I use are from printcostume, i get them matching with the suit. But the shells I get normally from etsy.

halloween is a busier time for them and i know they are backed on orders. when i order it gets to me in 2-4 weeks. but it may be longer this time of year

Personally its a mileage may vary type deal. I got my 2002 raimi suit off of aliexprrss and its amazing. Ive been puff painting it and making changes fo the mask

rpc is crazy expensive but they are worth it i see why they are so expensive.

the main issue is the quality of the suit, and immoral marketing. and the scams on that site. it’s just not a safe place to shop overall. but i’m glad you enjoy your suit 💯🕷

Dos spider-man suit from amazon and it looks pretty decent it works fine it's very stretchable it covers my entire body there's no extra it's not squeezing me And we got for about $30 my only complaint is the mask the mask looks a little off and I am playing on buying a new mask from amazon

I have a question. When wanting to order a costume with face shell from print costume, does it give you the option of which lenses you can have that they offer? Or are you simply given a random set of lenses?

you are given the basic print costume set of lenses. if you want character specific lense sets, you’ll need to reach out to a shell vendor. I reccomended maffhewdc on IG or search around etsy :)

@@JulioGonzalez-yt5od printcostume offers a standard shell. they will send that with the basic lenses, they do offer alternate lenses im assuming fit onto that same basic shell. it’s not just random. they will send the basic lenses unless you purchase another set separately

Infact because I trust Ebay and a seller who ive ordered spiderman suits from i now have own 8 spiderman costumes sure they weren't ever like in the hundreds of dollars ranges but yeah now I can atleast have 8 spiderman suits and they are all 1 1994 tas suit 2 ultimate comics suit 3 tasm suit/ tasm 2 suit 4 homecoming suit/ far from home suit 5 sam raimi suit ( that one was from Amazon though) 6 black symbiote spiderman suit and i think that is all my spiderman costumes

ebay isn’t 100% bad bc you’re buying used stuff. so there’s a chance you could get someone’s pre used suit that’s really good. only reason i don’t 100% reccomended it is bc it’s uncertain and won’t be tailored to you. But if it works, it works! :) that’s great. the best option is always the one that fits in terms of budget and time. this vid was just to give info on all the places to look

that would be the frog arm effect. happens with bad quality suits. there’s no real way to “fix” tht suit as it’s not easy to re tailor. you’d have to get a better suit w custom sizing to prevent thag

I would not recommend RPC Studio to a single person. They definitely aren't the best, they're just the most expensive. They prey on people who don't know any better and that's how they got their "good" reputation. I got a suit from MaffhewDC for the same price as an RPC suit, it actually fit, it isn't fragile, it's perfect. Avoid RPC like the plague.
