Great job - of course once you get to Duna or Eve you can in theory flyby everywhere in the kerbin system using gravity assists. I really love the aerothermal exploits to get to orbit with just the parts you need.

Jacob Morris deltav is the amount you can adjust your velocity with the remainder of your fuel. So if you had 100 m/s of deltav in orbit, you could accelerate 100 m/s before running out.

Usually on these videos someone will say that you should work at NASA. While this is very impressive, your idea of blasting astronauts out of orbit by firing the engine at them point-blank and then having the astronaut's knees absorb all of the landing impact would possibly indicate that maybe you shouldn't.

Loved this video. Its all fairly complicated stuff which takes a looooong time to do. A lot of other youtubers would have dragged this out to at least twice as long as you did. But yours was short, concise and interesting. The voiceover was also concise with no fluff. Also well done on recognising other people for the help in the creation your content.

You didnt make it too long but you didnt leave us lacking sweet deets. As a matter of preference I'd love a very low volume background of the game audio during non-sped up portions, but that's just me and this video was fantastic

You should keep to your decision of not having background music on commentarys. I like that very much. However, you have some echo on your voice. Maybe you could find a way to reduce it so it sounds a bit softer?

This is fantastic! As an aerospace engineer, the drag reduction offset hack feels very dirty, but it's a game so I'll hold my nose. There are some really great tricks in this video, and I'm going to be trying them for sure. I love the Kerbal EVA tricks - "blast Val with a short main burst to reduce her dV" As a fellow podcaster, I recommend either a better mic or adding some sound buffering to reduce room echo. I use a Shure SM7B with a Cloud Lifter pre-amp and Zoom H4N recorder. Your editing is great! Keep up the good work. If you're ever interested in collaborating, hit me up on kerbalism.com or Twitter (@kerbalism or @aubreygoodman)
