3 Part Throwing On The Run Progression

#1 - Start in your "T" position. Righties, you will be on your right leg. Slowly start to open up hips and chest to your target and tilt your shoulders. Be sure to keep your "U Shape." Once opened up and tilted, you will throw.
#2 - Slowly jog and throw off your right foot (for righties).
#3 - Put it all together. Have someone roll you a ball and go full speed.

Meg we’ve been watching you a while, my daughter loves your videos. She plays SS so I’m glad you are posting this…it’s a little advanced for her, but something she can work towards to keep her progressing.
