Right to a Free & Fair Election, read with No tampering of the EVM., is the most important Civil Right that has been omitted.

Right to food -best solution is restaurants and hotels which are wasting so much food ,if utilised in distribution there is no need of govt. to organise langar and other food distribution scheme Freedom of speech and expression has not any accurate definition in todays time ,if aam aadmi speak against govt. Then he become criminal in the eye of govt. ,providing this right is helpful but also need to monitor if it is going properly or not For enviornment its not only about a community ,it is also about whole nation ,climate change is coming at peak still we are thinking about it When we implement ,everyone country in todays world is thinking about own ego ,when world will banish were they will go

Basically they atre saying wrt art i9 is that slims can greet their PRTstanis on day
I think article 19 me v changes hua tha 2023 me. Pls correct me if i am wrong. Earlier art 19 was only against state . But 2023 se against state and private individuals v ho gya h.

Free from adverse effects of climate change- two very different statements. One can’t free anyone from climate change because that is bound to happen. What can be done is mitigate the negative impact/ adverse effects of the same by proactive intervention and policy measures both at national and international levels. Hence important to look at terminologies and their essence. This is how you differentiate between similar sounding options which have vastly different meanings. UPSC ki taiyaari mein kai baar over simplification can backfire :)
