Great tutorial - thank you! I was very uncoordinated trying to do this on metal needles. I transferred all stitches to bamboo needles and it was much better for me.

Wonderful, MG! Sometimes it's the little things that make all the difference. 😊
Thank you, Suzanne! I've done the 3-needle bind off knitwise, but was unaware of the purlwise 3-needle bind off. Always learning something new!!

Thank you!
Can you do this with one set of live stitches and one set of stitches picked up from a cast-on edge?
Thank you ! 🌹💕😘

Thank you Knitted Air - Prepletarije! Happy knitting.
If I am doing the three needle bind off purl wise and want the knot to be on the wrong side do I put wrong sides together or right sides?

+tiffobot if you want the bind off edge to be on the wrong side, then put the right sides together.
The narration is very clear but it would be more helpful: (1) with focus not so fuzzy. It's especially hard to see what the finished ridge looks like, which is what I hoped to see. And (2) at times the knitting disappeared below the frame so I could hear the instructions but not see what the hands are doing!

Ah, thank you for your feedback. I am adding this video to my list of redos. I had a problem with my camera lens at that time, but did not realize it until much later. Happy Knitting!
