Hooray! I coded the rear LCI LED sidelights to be on permanently (rear DRL’s) using the Carly app, looks so good!

All the time you were doing the suspension i was like....i hope he bloody cleans it. Then ya did so i felt better 😆. Cracking mods mate, this car is so nice now!

Definitely chuck on the M3 LCA’s and tension struts. They’re not that expensive (TRW are an OE manufacturer and will arrive with the ///M logo ground off). The other thing that really improved the front end of my 130i and current 335i is a set of camber plates. Both cars with circa minus 1.9 degrees of negative camber feel much better. I’ve also fitted the two upper rear M3 arms because they’re cheap and easy.

Car is looking awesome now, the little touches finish it off and now it just needs a tune to release the 🐎’s 🏁

You might want to look up some BMW 1 series LCI F/L Style Vinyl Headlight Eyebrow Stickers, cheap effective way to get the LCI look on the front lights.

i had those mirror caps, sacked them off within a month, the cabin noise generated by the wind bouncing off of them was horrendous, especially on the motorway, a lot of forums said i hadn't fully clipped them on, i can guarantee you, I did, but yeah. wasn't a fan.. look good though

Nice 1 series man! I also have one and as much as I want to modify the looks of it, the amount Id spent is almost the amount id be spending if i were to buy a 1M lol. Might as well save that money to look for 1M.

Those B14's will transform the car. Just need to do the front E9x M3 lower control arms, powerflex black subframe inserts and rear toe polybushes. Be mint then on handling !

Might as well chuck in the M3 tension struts too plus the two upper rear arms which are cheap as chips.a set of camber plates really helps the E8x chassis too.

Watching you use the strut compressing tool was scary ngl.. crank it down more to relieve sprung weight before you take the center bolt off the assembly.. those things are dubbed “widow makers” for a reason.. but overall great video thank you for uploading!!

Spay your car subframe with fluid film! To provent rust

I wouldn't recommend sticking a chisel into the hub, causes damage. Would recommend the actual tool to open the hub up or a blunt screwdriver with a good amount of electrical tape on it :D

ya need new top mount cups on those rears dude, they are ripeeeeeee.

sad that all these mods are illegal in my country and results in the apprehension of the car until the modifications are approved but since they are illegal they will not get approved and you will most likely be whitout car for the next 3 years

Because why pay 8x the price for the same thing? Some people have many other financial responsibilities outside of dumping all their money into a car. Life is a balancing act.. no need to spend extra money for practically the same thing just to “flex” that you got custied and spent extra money…. Everyone’s path in life is different….
