This is the speedrun route that I took today to complete my traveler's log in half an hour, and walk away with Squawks, the Cindermane Charger, and the Royal Swarmer (Royal Swarmer's Reins).
It was half an hour of in-game time/real time. In speedrun terms, this would be an RTA (Real time attack) run. I had about 5-7 minutes of downtime waiting for the last treasure goblin to spawn from the Diablo IV Greedy Emissary event, and so it could have been shortened by about 3 minutes if I pivoted to some other activites.
