Came across your channel from Stew Mac. Love how in depth your videos are. Gaining knowledge from experts is the best gift for me. I’ve already used your Zpoxy Resin trick and it’s soooo much better than any other pore filler I’ve tried. Keep up the great work!

Of the 3 different tools, I find the fret slotting jig the most useful to me. I have been terrified of cutting slots free hand and it has been a stopping point for me for a long time. You guys provide such a great service to those of us who are either learning or brushing up on our skills. Thank you

I really love this series, I think there's a lot of people stuck trying to get to the next level and just aren't sure what will help them get there and what to invest in. Super cool that you guys have partnered with stewmac and clearly it's to the benefit of the entire community!

Binding Jig~! What an amazing tool for Acoustic binding. I've been hesitant to do acoustics for lack of the 'right' tools. This jig seems fantastic. hopefully no more tear-out and uneven thicknesses. Guys thank you for thinking about small builders like us. Keep the videos coming. Your transparency and integrity are refreshing.

Hi Chris, hi Matt! I took guitar in my hand for the first time when I was 48 y.o. and fall in love with this instrument… Since then I’ve been dreaming of building a classical guitar by myself. Your channel is a big support for the people like me. I don’t have all the needed tools yet and hope to start with building my guitar next year. Getting the Truechannel Binding Router Jig would allow me to start this year))) Thank you guys! Best regards from Belarus 🇧🇾

Wow, super nice of Stew Mac and you to show and share these. For me the best help would be a miter for frets. The tools I use are sometimes perfect but usually someway to make things work. The frets need to work. This would be a huge help. Great channel guys.

Wow - I’d LOVE that fret mitre box and saw! I’m disabled and cannot work, so obtaining ANY quality tool a financial struggle. I’m building up a good collection… but very gradually as I find I can no longer live without them as alternative methods are just physically too much for me. Thanks for the videos - your finishing series recently was the most comprehensive I’ve ever seen - a really good job!

Good morning guys...I recently discovered your you tube channel and must say very very impressed..thank you so much for sharing your knowledge and thoughts. I am retired and was introduced to guitar building when I was a teen age kid by a friend of mine who learned to build guitars by a luthier here in Maine. He came back from school and showed myself and one other friend to build..well life happened and I dropped it..but the fire to build never died..fast forward to today and after my almost stage 4 colon cancer almost took my life..I stated building again.:) anyway I would be interested in the binding set up...it's the one thing besides set up that gives me trouble. All the tools are awesome and just want to say thanks guys...keep up the good work..you are helping so many❤

Be sure to throw a coat of finish & a coat of paste wax onto the bottom of the jig and the top of your work surface so it glides well.

Thanks gents for this series. I bought the Stewmac thickness gauge a little while ago when ir was on sale. A great unit. I am working with hand planes and scrapers. The gauge is really helping. I can wait on the binding unit. I am building acoustic bass guitars similar to the old Ernie Ball Earthwoods. No radius on front or back. I am thinking I will eventually try to radius one or both. After I get better at building. But for now, the binding jig is not vital. But I could really use the fret miter box. I bought one used from a retiring luthier. But it is a really old one. None of the fancy depth or saw giides. The updated unit is so much better. Thanks and keep the videos coming. Really cool to see you working with StewMac.
