Pointing out specifics i am not here to tell you what to do but typically its not the best idea to buy a brand new house, although i haven’t seen it it probably was not a bad deal, great job renting it out as well ! This way you can use the rent to pay of the mortgage. All of the aside great job and i wish you only the best
