The key is directing the small loop behind the stationary small loop when you are twisting it around. The second way of doing it is as if you were doing it upside down and backwards - everything is reversed. Do these over and over, and you can do them with your eyes closed and in your sleep.

I actually looked it up because I can't accept the fact that it's that simple, it literally took me less than 1 minute to figure out how to consistently take apart and put back together
