Regarding him having to pay you back through the court…someone broke into my vehicle and also destroyed the soft top and ripped out every internal speaker and years later I’m still getting a check for something like $10 randomly from the situation because the guy is having to eventually pay for the damages or something through the court. At this point I think it’s more of a pain in my ass having to cash these checks than it’s worth the guy having to pay me back 😂

Because otherwise he would lose his defense line. Now the guy will be charged with felony and vandalism, it will take some days only to repair the windshield and some more days to receive the money back straight by insurance which will then chase the guy up to get the money through court system or similar. Then Damon with this video has a state of proof plus teaching material of how to act in situations like this :D

tbh a real man woulda drove off and not gotten out of the car. These guys are in the wrong for damaging his shit but he coulda actually left and avoided the situation as a whole. You know damn well he was speeding through that neighborhood though. Still doesn’t give anyone the right to damage property. Obviously he won’t get confrontational and he remains calm because he is filming and no matter what happens…even if they damage his vehicle or worse pull out a weapon as long as they don’t physically harm him he will benefit from the KZread views. All that being said I’m just glad the dude didn’t start going off with the hammer and destroy the car. What a dumbass to say “it was broken when he pulled up when clearly the hammer fits directly into the smashed glass plus there is before and after footage.

I've often found people that don't know cars or motorbikes equate a loud engine / exhaust sound with speed , could be in 1st gear with high performance vehicles that are loud & be accused of speeding . I had a handle from a hatchet thrown at my car ( missed flying over bonnet / hood ) by a new neughbour ( 3-4 weeks ) accusing me of speeding , because he heard my turbo go , said that means high speed . Got in an argument which other a couple of other neighbours heard & came to my defence saying I'm a good neighbour & don't drive like that .... I was raised on that street by my grandfather in the same house , I inherited it from him . One of my neighbours that came out was my grandfathers friend since 1952 . Stooge neighbour was seldom seen & moved 12 months later

The emotional instability,the jealousy,the envy ,etc. Is indicative of their station in life. You get back from the world what you put into it.
