Great Video. With force appreciation how does that factor in with current market rent? Is the assumption with forced appreciation the property is in need of update and repairs therefore the "forced appreciation" would follow the improvements?

This guy never steered me wrong! Always such honest information. Peter Harris was the ONLY content I was getting online when my journey restarted. I use his “rental criteria” for every tenant I place.
