You can also dodge, and jump out of mist step or use it with rage. A lot of opportunities can be made using it imo

I'm new to Multiversus and after checking out a few channels, yours is quite impressive. This video in particular is clear and informative. The editing is nice and clean. Giving a time stamp for when your preamble finished was very considerate. Your gentle enthusiasm and humour is great, and a welcome improvement from so many other channels where they scream "Bro that was CRAZY!" at the top of their lungs every 30 seconds.

Also you can buffer everything but dodge out of teleport. Jump included.

I didn’t know about jump thank you. I’m also doing some labbing on how dodge works coming out of mist because sometimes when I don’t input anything I’ll be in a state of dodge. Gotta lab it out but I think there’s some potential

I aint gon lie, monstrous sidestep is optional cause what if you dont wanna teleport DIRECTLY behind ur option, ive caught many Jasons out who used it and teleported below the stage Edit: but it is the better out of the 2 perks, plus it's optional whichever u want

Yea I wish you could choose when to be behind and when not to. I’ve seen people make 5% perk work. I don’t think I’ve ever lost to a 5% Jason tho

That extra attack and defense can be an actual good option for Jason sometimes But yeah, maybe Jason some sort of invisible reticle or maybe just increasing his sidestep range also I really loved this vid, I learned a lot

Buffering means Inputting a button during a window before your current attack ends For example I can jab and buffer a dodge which basically means I am hitting dodge before my jab even ends. This way you can dodge as fast as humanly possible without have to wait for the jab to end. If you don’t buffer you could end up moving later than you would like to. Dont always buffer though sometimes it’s good to wait and see what your opponent does

Yes!! If you input while you’re in the animation you can do a move immediately after

Honestly I don’t know any Finn’s making content but look up Flacoco he’s the best Finn around

Jason has a couple good poking tools against edge guarders while on ledge, Just jump and Fair/Neutral special (Air). The range on both is pretty good and the Grab goes through shields. Up special can actually kill if you have rage too, great mixup Imo.

Yea jump fair is super good because you can't get hit by most characters up air. Nair is a little stubby but it's still good. YES the command grab goes through Wonder Woman armor and they neverrr expect it. Grounded up special can kill? I like it for eating up peoples dodges and getting them off stage.

Side air is so damn hard for me to use man, every other Jason hits it so consistently I don’t understand. I’m trying to make reads an everything, it’s like these people can see the hitbox for side air and can dodge it everytime

You should try jumping backwards while throwing it out in addition to just paying attention to when your opponent dodges. You can make a lot of read because most people just dodge inwards. I’ll probably make a video on it
