I loved this! Marcus knows his hot cocoa and I will definitely be watching for another episode with that cutie. I absolutely will make these toasted tortellini too. I make raviolis!

I make a coffee cake in a bunt pan and so far never sticks. Trick for it I found works is bakers joy cooking spray. Spray it really good and get every nook and cranny spayed well. Even up the flute. That works great for me. Not light spray. No the pizza won’t taste like greasy flour. Recipes look delicious.
I look forward to every video of Momma Mel's. She shares lots of delicious recipes. Can't wait to see what she has for us tonight. I know it won't be disappointing.

What a special treat for you to surprise us with a special guest who made such yummy hot chocolate. I am Mexican American from Texas and he was right on point with the dash of cinnamon and pinch of cayenne for a Mexican inspired hot chocolate. I think the first one would be good for a potluck. Only, I would use the mini muffin tin. It's about $8 for one of those Grands biscuits!

Silicone Bundt Pan = magic!
Just a little advice, if you put your cocoa powder into a cup and add a spoon of milk at a time and mix until your cocoa powder becomes a sauce, You don’t have to worry about the lumps if you do that first.

I'd dip each cut piece of dough into evoo then put I'm bowl. It will keep the shape better .

Mel, these appetizers all look delish & the hot chocolate looks divine + I like how I can add ANY sweetener like maybe Monk fruit, Splenda or half sugar half splenda!? Never saw hot chocolate made that way, so thank u to Marcus for his great demo!
