I made one batch of cakes with this method and one batch with homemade cake mix and my mum said the homemade one tasted better however this method tasked good and it was a lot easier so if you are in a rush do this method but if you have the whole day then make homemade cake batter.

+Sunnydoodles22 Do you mea substituting the bananas for blueberries? If so, I don't think that would work. If you really want to use blueberries, I recommend making this batter and then adding a cup of blueberries. That would make banana blueberry muffins :)
