You be surprised, one time I bought a bag of seashells at a garage sale! Such a great find. I love the ocean and I love doing art with seashells. Was one of my favorite things to do as a kid, and one of the favorite things I used to love to do with my nephew and my daughter when they were small.

Way easier way to do the seashell molding, get playdoh seashells and Vaseline. Cover seashell in Vaseline, and roll a small ball of playdoh to fit seashell. Press seashell in and take out carefully. Pour plaster in the mold and there you have it. Plaster mold of seashell. Plaster can be switched with silicone and hot glue.
