[ At the end of the video I input thickness of the Shear Wall as 8" but I gave the name of the section as Shear Wall 10". Though we'll not use Shear Wall for this building so it's not a big deal I think.]

for moment it's 0.7. you can ignore that for f values. sorry I've no idea about shear wall property modifiers. In this building we're not using any shear wall. but later we'll discuss about shear wall in detail. thank for your question.
