Still at it and using this because currently my motivation really is at an all time low. Just want the finals to be over and there is so much to do and so little time. It's hard for me to not stress myself. Tomorrow I will wake up earlier and not spend as much time mindlessly scrolling and get right to work as I know that usually my study times are morning and evening so that I can use my afternoon for calming down and getting other ToDos done. Praise be to God, I finished 3 hours regularly, without interruption, and accomplished two tasks. I am a third-year high school student and I have accumulated a lot, and God willing, with these videos, I will finish all of the higher tasks. ❤😊

redefine your goals and say them out loud, don't be afraid to make affirmations out loud!!, make a study vision board that you'll put as a wallpaper on your laptop and phone. Try to romanticize your study sessions. Also try to trick your brain by counting down 5 seconds then get up and start. Studying is all about discipline, not motivation, this is why it is so challenging. If you're doing a burn out have some rest you deserved it. Push yourself and do small steps everyday, you'll see the change I hope. You can do it, don't doubt abt it ;))

I recommend you to set a little goal and accomplish it. Try short time pomodoro (25/5 or as you want) one or two times. Actually I’m in the same situation with you. 😅 just trying to make a small step with this video now. Let’s make it together🎉🎉
