What is a good alternative to the pudding? I don’t want all those phosphates or aspartame in the sugar free powder.

Simply Delish pudding uses allulose if you can have that. I've used it and the protein ice cream is really creamy. If you can't have that 1 T cream cheese but it's not as good.

So true! I've tried that once or twice, but I felt like the ice cream got a little bit more 'dried out' (though it tasted fine after spinning)
