Extremely promising online tools, but I noticed that in the presented "face swapping", the original and the swapped faces seem to be intentionally very similar. Would it still work if I choose a completely different face? Because this way, with such similar faces, we obviously don't exactly see significant results... How would you treat other skin tones? If I replaced my own face in a short video with an Afro-American or Asian face, would it still be as perfect? Just because.... I don't see "that much" difference. That's not meant as a negative criticism, don't get me wrong! It's just... the 2 faces are very similar, so it's obviously easier for the tool to process. Also, you could have (even though slowly everything is AI now) used your own voice instead of using that poor AI voice you know from all those commercials selling Chinese gadgets. I'm not trying to offend you, it's just not very realistic. If you show a video where these tools perfectly replace the face of an Afro-American with, say, an Asian face with a completely different facial structure, age, and facial expression, it would show these tools in a much more serious way. And PLEASE DON'T GET ME WRONG! It is just that the overall concept is not quite so serious... at least to me. And believe me, I don't want to insult you in any way, you've probably invested a lot of time in the video. But you might understand what I mean...

Yes that's the trick they push you to use tools that aren't free .they say it's free but it's not Same for me it asked for a subscription

Yep. Google colab has been broken for about a month now. It used to work perfectly then they did an update an it no longer works.

I don't think the Colab notebook works anymore. There's a restriction for making deepfakes because the resources are given precedence to students.
