in the 94-99 exchange ,i usually get a 96+ ovr card, i sometimes even get 2x 96 cards from there,also if you dont get a 96 rated card and get 94-95,then you can just buy 1 more card and repeat it..... also another tip,if you want to buy players for the 94-99 exchange as of now you should buy 95 rated cards as 94 rated cards are high in demand and price

I Got Saka 99 and from the euro bundle 6 his value is 400+millions and I needed a RW so I upgraded him to 101 ovr and kept him for my squad instead of using him for market tokens but I opened the pack for this reason to get 96+ovr player and exchange him for market tokens but his stats are very good and now I started using him

Anyone want a lucky way to get good players. Wait for the song where the line "it never worked my way" happens, than wait for the best beat drop in the song and perfectly swipe down from the top to open the pack. (The song name is "What comes will come if you want to see which song, and the beat drop starts at 1:14 in the video, if this dont work dont blame is works sometimes for me, not always but when it works you get 97-99, and the timestamps in the comment is not for this video you are watching and only for the song just for people who maybe got confused) Sorry this is a lot of writing but last thing is that you 100% have to do this in the 3k pack (94-99) you have best chance for that pack.
