3 Easy ways to improve your game now!

Спорт

Most players never improve because they mistakenly think learning occurs when playing the shot.
In fact, ALL learning happens AFTER the shot has been played - and this video show you how that happens.
Park your Wants, Hopes, and Judgements… and improve like none of your opponents could ever hope to by applying these professional principles to your advantage.

Here is a private access video from The Snooker Gems paid product which shares a similar exercise for your left / right optimisation but with forwards / backwards.... Stance Optimisations - Stance Balance Backwards and Forwards kzread.info/dash/bejne/lpam3NCkmJbdaJs.html Usually with disc discomfort widening the feet / bending both knees can help to lower the hips and reduce any bend / strain on the back.
