    ​@@anthminimalthere are some contradiction @ 2:19. As you transfer your right hand underneath or at the back hand to resist your right arm, it is not a biceps curl anymore. It becomes a supinated or reverse single arm (right arm) triceps extension or pushdown. You need to contract the right triceps because you left arms (to be specific the left biceps) resist the lowering of the right arm towards your right leg. You are concentrically contracting right tricep and you are not contacting eccentrically the right biceps be cause it becomes the antagonist muscle. Technically, the muscle that contract eccentrically is your left biceps, the muscle that resist the movement from 2:23 to 2:30.

    ​@@anthminimalcurling with out weights is the best way to teach beginners slow concentric and eccentric. Depending to a size and weight of a person but I think the weight or a forearm and the hand is around 3 to 5 lbs.

    How can I lean bulk without counting calories? I’m 14 and it’s not an option for me to count calories as everything in South Africa is more kilojoule focused and there are many debates to how many kj are in one cal
