Brother before I used to when scrolling through social media for 24 hours. So far I was lean but my friend betrayed me and broke my hand, and my girlfriend left me without any reason. But after this moment, I chose to stay alone, and thankfully I didn't smoke or drink alcohol. After my hand recovered I started reading books like a (Atomic Habits, achievement) and began going to the gym. I went from 52 kg to 63 kg in six months. Thanks to God for giving me a discpline that made me a better person.

It's hard to pursue your goals when, if you focus solely on them, you can't spend time with her, leading to her leaving , or if you prioritize her you may end up unsuccessful after she leaves.
