Im 42 and have wanted this setup since I was 12. Had it shortly for about 5 months and someone broke into my apartment and stole everything. Some day Ill get it agaim :)

Tip - when buying a monitor arm, don't cheap out and try to buy one that is rated to hold a bigger/heavier monitor than the one you are using. Those cheap monitors arms can do the job but they tend to wobble A LOT and they are so fussy when it comes to adjusting them that you end up playing with your screen in an uncomfortable position just because you can't be bothered to adjust it repeatedly to find what's right 👍

that's cool in my case i can only manage the cables half way because my PC and ps are besides my desk and my desk is height adjustable, so i need room for the cables to stretch when i adjust the height

Cleaning screens with distilled water is the best way that I found so far, but do you once in a while also clean with some mild detergent to eliminate bacteria?
