Which fish we can offer for baby

Good home made.but can I use olive oil instead?my baby is 8months I have tried all but he prefer only rice and broccoli.I don't really no what to do am worried,he doesn't like fish and meat...I wish he can all that!

+Hina Javed, about Dory fish, i have no idea as i never ate it. But you can check with your baby's doctor. and about frozen fish, as your baby is too young, i would say, try to use fresh fish...

+Saima Khan, thank you to stay with my channel... if your baby starts solid already then you can, but at first give fish only & then incorporate with other food and check with your baby's pediatrician for any allergen issue.

+Saima Khan, you can give any white fish which is fresh and check for mercury level, it's bad for baby.

may i know, how many gram for the 1/3 cup of the white fish?thank you...

not even a pinch of salt to taste.

My fish all died. Would not recommend.
