Thank you for bringing a throught back. My mother used to make this like of boiled fruit juice years before. !!!Wondering what kind of fermentaion is happing in this liquid, No yeast so may be Malolactic fermentation. Make sure bottles don't burst messing your store room.

Keep in room temperature for a maximum of 5 days not more dear..after that will have to refrigerate😍
