Erik Britz technically yes with the right enclosure any decent brand will play down to 30hz and even lower

I have some dd 612s in 5 cubes after displacement tuned to about 31ish he with 15 sq inches of port per cube they play good down to about 27-28 decently loud

Wind depends on tuning frequency and enclosure size and port size , high wind doesn’t mean it’s louder

GameAholics Anonymous low frequencies at high levels don’t affect the ears like higher frequencies do I been around vehicles that can put out over 155 dB easily for over seven years and even have one myself I continue to get my hearing checked every time I get my eyes checked as well and I am always in the above average percentile for hearing however 155 dB at 20-50hz is a lot different then say a jet or gun shot at a higher frequency that would make your ears ring where one is more sound pressure and air moving
