What a stunning landscape! Some might say barren but it’s beautiful. I was stationed in the desert in the Army for 4 years, coming from a heavily forested area, streams everywhere. It took me over 3 years to see the beauty of the desert for what it is and appreciate it. Great video, like always.

That was a very enjoyable video.The scenery is very similar to Scotland, which is my native country.I love the snugpack bunker .I have taken mine out in some horrendous conditions and found it to be just about bullet proof.It has never has it let me down .Looking forward to your next adventure .ATB

Thanks! I had my doubts first time I set it up and saw the water collecting on top without running off. Takes a good time to dry off. But I've had it in really harsh weather and it seems to keep me 100% dry. Snugpak may be the best budget alternative out there

Nothing I can say that a thousand other commenters haven't said..Awesome AF! Since I live in a high desert, mountains are a go to for me, so I'm pretty much in tune with the weather and prepare for it. Weathermen are good but not that good😉 Too bad no fishing this trip, there's always next time. Amazing views, scenery is beautiful and what a drive to get there. The pack looked heavy hence the freeze dried meals, not your usual fare. Nice tent, I have a Scorpion 2 and Cave 4P, work good. Thanks for the trip North, a bit different. See ya next time. Enjoy!

Absolutely amazing mood and ambience! Very rare scenes with relaxing tent spot. Great that you stayed in static camp longer in the beginning.
