This comment is for anyone laying in bed, listening to this music and currently struggling with mental health issues. I want you to know you have made it this far, despite all your fallbacks, you are here, you are alive, it won't always be this difficult and you are more powerful than you realise. I love you and keep going❤❤❤

You don't love people you don't know. That alone is unsettling. 🤨
I only watch the your videos when im in bed and about to go to sleep. We can all agree you are a calm person and your voice is relaxing.

I do the same thing and have done for over a year now after suffering severe anxiety it really helps me go to sleep.
Looks like your maple syrup wasn’t hot enough. Needed to reach 235°F where the bubbles thickened it. Then pour it in strips and quickly roll it right away with a stick while it was still taffy consistency. But it seemed to work out okay. Hope you had hot maple coffee to clean out that tin cup! 🍁
I have been in the forest when it was minus 35 below zero fahrenheit and I have noticed that sound travels for miles.... as the air condenses sound travels farther and is more intense... the pop of a tree fracturing due to cold sounds like an M-80... It's beautiful with the clean clear air.... but ... can be extremely deadly if your not prepared....
I JUST LOVE TO SEE THE SNOW COVERED IN THE FOREST ITS SO BEAUTIFUL AND SATISFYING 🤗💖☃️
Hi, put the snow in a cup, pour syrup over, let cool. Grew up in Northern Vt. Had it ever year as a kid.
About 2 months ago you built an off-grid secret cabin. I thought you were going to do the inside with furniture and do a video on it? It was amazing. You have epic skills and I love your videos in the snow/ winter. I'm a lover of it too. It's why when I retired August 2021 I moved to Montana. My apartment is 7 miles from the ski resort in Red Lodge. My living room window has view of the mountains and 🦌 come every day right up to my window. I even saw Moose once. Love it. Your adventures are awesome 😍

Thank you for your kind words about my videos and adventures! I really appreciate it. It sounds like you have an incredible view from your living room window in Montana. Stay safe and enjoy your time in beautiful Montana!
Animals are looking for food, so you have to be safe and careful ❤ we used to have sugar on snow, too you have to really pack the snow down to make it work right.
When I heard that noise I was like oh no Bigfoot! Or Skinwalker 😅 You really tolerate that cold. 🥶 I don’t know how you do it. I would have stayed up all night because of the noises and because I would be throwing wood 🪵 in that stove all night lol But the next morning looked so beautiful! You were born for this. You were probably an explorer in your other life. Or frontiersman like Daniel Boone! 😊
The wildlife noises in the forest at night is absolutely amazing indeed. Luckily where I live, the biggest predators that would be around me are foxes and wolverines, so an extra thumbs up for your bravery. And the view at 12:43, just wow.

I wouldn't worry about foxes, but those oversized weasels are nasty. I have ferrets that can be a little rude at times.

Heyy Everest nice seeing you again, the scenery is magnificent, nice shelter that was an amazing video thanks for sharing, have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year
The Tetons are so beautiful; they're just about my favorite place on earth. I've only ever been there in summer, so you're lucky to be able to be there in winter, even if it only got winter there just recently. (iIn Illinois right now it's 61° and sunny.) This is an El Niño year, so I guess you're lucky that they looked even like they did, even though the lake wasn't frozen yet. Very merry Christmas and happy new year to you, and I look forward to seeing many videos from you this winter!

New subscriber here, that steak looked pretty good, I haven't tried building and staying in a shelter have had a few nights in my hot tent and hope to.get out soon. The mountain ⛰️ view on that lake was awesome. Amazing it seems the mild conditions are all across North America this year

Why didn't you insulate the open side with tree bows?
Trying to relate to the cold! Xmas day here is at the beach! 35+ degrees today but at least the ocean is cold
Boil your water then put it back in your water bottle when you sleep and put it in sleeping bag it will not only keep you warm but you’ll have water ready to drink when you wake up
Merry Christmas 🎄 and Happy New Year 🎉
I think I would plug all those cracks between the logs for the shelter and plugged the opening as well to help keep the heat inside. Also put branches from the trees on the ground to keep your body off the snow. Just sayin.
I love your content
Merry Christmas
Awsome video buddy merry Christmas from Mark and Emily at Rooster Recovery

Cool video, are those the teton mountains?

Yes they are
good luck❤
Are those Mormon cabins repairable? Or are they too far gone to be saved? Because if you can fix some of them up, that'd beat the crap out of the makeshift shelters.
I live in Jackson and it is the best winter camping
Hello from Tijuana México, My wife and I are your new followers. I translate your videos to her, she only speaks Spanish. ❤
About where in the northern Rockies were you? What is the big lake you fished that wasn’t frozen?
Hello you good I am from Indonesian 🇲🇨🇲🇨🇲🇨
General question, but I've noticed in some of the bushcraft videos that no one seems to care that there is snow on the ground in the shelter. Is it not worth the time/calories spent to clear the ground, or does it not really matter when it's -20 below? I've camped without a tent in freezing temps, but never in anything like this. Just curious.
What's your best bait for trout in the high mountain lakes?
@JW-hf9ev

Dig for fresh worms in the lake bank. Free and the trout are used to seeing them. Thread the worm on the hook and fish it off the bottom
OMG that was amazing. I Love your winter videos. You was amazing going out in the snow and cold. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year's to you. Can't wait for your next one. ❄️🎄☃️🎋💕🥶☃️🎄💜💙💝🥶⛄🌨️😊
Be safe.
This is very splendid camping!🏕️ I was impressed.✨ When we spend time with nature, it is healed.🌲 I enjoy Japanese nature, too.🇯🇵
nice❤
It’s good to see you trying to learn how to camp… hope you will learn how to do it better in the future…. Very long way to go
Will you be reusing these shelters from time to time. A little curious

One would typically dismantle a temporary shelter like that when done with it. Leave no tracks sort of thing.
What is your stove? It looks like a handy size.
Be careful, that might have been sasquatch noises ;)
Dude i live in MA. Never catch fish in winter any more. Ice hasnt been safe in years here and shore casting dont get us deep enough
Bigfoot lurking 👀
-20°C isnt even that bad!
Seems like your shelter wasnt holding any of the heat from your stove lol
my mum told me to never eat yellow snow, turns out she was wrong this whole time 😔
❄️❄️❄️😀🎄
