Good day, where can I get that scarifier. Also my lawn is very spongy and uneven, it's a Bermuda lawn. What would be the best way to fix this

I believe these scarifiers are no longer for sale.. I got it at leroy merlin. For a thick spongy lawn you must do exactly what i did in this video. Scalp it down to the soil.
