3. Conservation Equations for Mass, Momentum, and Generic Scalar - Mathematical Models for CFD

This is the third lecture in a series of 20 on Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD). It deals with conservation equations for mass, momentum, and generic scalar variable, which serve as the mathematical model in CFD codes. Described are integral, vector, and differential forms of equations, including the comparison of conservative and non-conservative form of differential equations. Dimensionless form of equations is also described.
