The House Bill 1227 passed in Washington State, entitled, "Keeping Families Together Act" in July. This bill now makes addiction, poverty, homelessness, life-style etc from being a "barrier" to keeping kids away from bio family. The "solution" if to have parents sign a "safety plan" stating they will lock up their drugs, only use when the other parent is sober, & are given metal containers with locks, by the state, to keep their drugs in. Active users get to keep their kids, and not only that, but are flooded with "resources" to keep their kids in their home.

Come on Inslee, mayors & councils YOU are called to end this horror!!!
