3 CHIA PUDDING 😋 Healthy, Delicious and Energizing 💚 - Easy Recipes
This time we have three desserts in one recipe!
They are so simple that they could not be simpler. Most importantly, when you’re hungry (and you’re not yourself) and not in a mood for any kind of food preparation, you can make this treat in the blink of an eye. You do not need special kitchen appliances or certain ingredients. What you find in the kitchen, you just add to the dessert ... nuts, fresh or dried fruit, seeds, spices, cocoa powder ... Just let your imagination run wild and maybe you will make additional version of the recipe.
The most important ingredient that links these three versions are chia seeds. These superfoods give a feeling of satiety and are good for weight loss. It is only necessary to mix them with a liquid (water, vegetable milk, fruit juice) and while soaking them in it for about 15 minutes, their volume doubles and then they are ready to be properly absorbed in the body. Two to three tablespoons is a sufficient daily amount of chia seeds for an adult person.
Since we will have here some chopping, cutting and shredding, I would mention one wonderful project in which I participate. It is a handmade personalized cutting board made by people with disabilities, and we will donate 10 of them.

Odlični recepti! Hvala! Samo ne možeš donirati 10 dasci, nego 10 dasaka. I chia ne može biti sameljena, nego samljevena. Toliko. Lijep pozdrav! Video je inače vrhunski snimljen i editiran recepti dobro objašnjeni ❤
