This Fall Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., IOTA Chapter returns to Morris Brown College

On October 30, 2023 a cold front came through and Founders Plaza stood still as the Iota Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. welcomed their Fall 2023 initiates and returned to the campus of Morris Brown College.
The Iota Chapter was founded on the campus of Morris Brown College on March 10, 1941 and currently serves as the 9th chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. Due to the college’s loss of accreditation in 2003, all National Pan Hellenic Organizations “The Divine 9” became inactive. The reactivation of the Iota Chapter marks the first “Divine 9” organization to return to the campus of Morris Brown College in two decades. It was definitely Homecoming all over again!
