The first one with the cutting board shelves, thay are great however I would add finishing nails just to make it more sturdy. I do love the idea!

I love these ideas! On the resin one, I think I will continue the resin over the whole board. It looks unfinished. I'm definitely going to do the resin one. I've been looking for a way to personalize some bamboo kitchen tools. I'll make sure to get the food safe resin. Thank you for the idea!

Food safe is still not okay to cut on. it's only okay to set certain types of food on.

Should have put resin over all of the board IMO

I like the board with the flowers but it seems like the resin should cover the board for sn even look. The top half is shiny from the resin while the bottom portion is dull. The last one is nice but orange ribbon makes it look like a carrot! Love the cutting board shelves. That’s a cute idea and would be nice to corral office odds and ends along with a small plant to add some color! Very nice ideas.

The resin needs to cover the whole piece. Looks weirder as is.

The resin "hem" makes what is a great idea seem unpolished but I still like it and the carrot is just adorable. 🥕🥕🥕

Love all but the carrot. I would have resin the whole board. Also those flowers looks like you painted them on the cutting board. Love it.

Flowers on the cutting board are a nice idea on the wrong item. I wouldn't use that resin anywhere near an everyday utensil, lovely for decorative items though.

I wondered too? If it's food grade, I wonder if it can be completely covered, and used, or would it scratch? It's a beautiful piece, but I wondered, like you.

The flowers on the cutting board were lovely, but only partially covering the cutting board with resin looks sloppy & unfinished. And I'm guessing you intend it to be solely decorative & don't plan to use it near food again.

Love the flowers on the boards, but why did you leave all of that resin below the flowers? I would have done the whole board instead of leaving all the resin pooled up top.

All she had to do is use painters tape at the edge of the flowers for a nice clean line. I personally like that she left cutting board resin-free. Cutting on resin isn’t ideal. However, if it’s a decorative-only piece, then yes…continue with resin all the way.

I don't think I'd rely on just glue to hold shelves together, either.

Regarding the Resin board, i dont mind it ending at the top. MY only suggestion would be to even out the resin line. Otherwise, IMO, i dont think it looks "unfinished."

Idea #2 Is really cute and great idea in theory but I'm not sure it's for practical use tho. Maybe for decor but it also didn't look good with just the top part with resin, it looked like an accidental spilling on it or something lol it didn't look right like that 😳🤦🏼‍♀️ lol sorry. Maybe if you still keep flowers only at top but resin the entire board, that would definitely help fix the look of it! 🤷🏼‍♀️

So we are just going to pretend any of this is functional ?

It's not supposed to be functional.

The first one looks kind of cute I just don't think it looks very sturdy I don't think without some type of a backing or something that it's going to last very long cuz those little wooden things are solid and they're kind of heavy 🤷🏼‍♀️ but I guess you never know until you try it lol

Cutting Boards cost $3.00 at my Dollar Tree

I don't understand in which occasion is required or advised to have a carrot on the door. Maybe Easter? For the bunnies?? In any other time of the year my neighbours would think I'm selling vegetables 😂😂

The cutting board with flowers and resin is not…ideal. You only use part of it? Uneven resin . Just kinda dumb.

I was thinking that maybe it would look better if she used something, like maybe the tape or something to make a dam for the resin. I think it would look better if it was an even edge across the board.

@@talindakelley189 I agree, and could use a ribbon to finish the edge if not covering completely. You wouldn't want to cut on any of these, even with food grade resin, cutting would ruin it. It's strictly decorative.

Again, you are taking pieces from other people's channels and passing the work off as your own!! Dishonest, unethical, immoral.
