Yes. We can use varnish to make them last longer. Spray varnish would be better.

Now in lockdown your opinion is it's ok but before korona in India food wastage per day in that quantity which can serve population of Australia per day in india so many people throwing some food after taking lunch or dinner in home and in hotels also . So many times we watch news on tv news channel that stock of wheat grain stock of rice is destroyed due to heavy rain

I personally feel that using pulses and rice in this crisis period cannot be an decorative idea...many other stuffs could be replaced....please consider it keeping the pandemic in mind.
