Thank you! I haven't played much since I was a kid. I decided to watch tik tok videos on how to shoot to get back into it. I couldn't figure out why my shooting was screwed up trying to replicate other videos. I was stuck because of my elbow being out. You just confirmed for me that what I figured out unconsciously as a kid was right all along. Bringing the elbow in on the upward motion of the shot and the guiding finger on the flick of the wrist, and the stance with the feet.

Reps. Think of your follow through as a way of aiming without aiming. You are pointing to where you want the ball to go.

Pls I don't have power to shoot with one hand anytime I shoot with one hand i AIR BALL so I have to shoot with two hands and it's not working

How old are you? Number one thing is to get your legs into your shot. Power is generated from your lower body. Get on the balls of your feet. Bend your knees. Hinge at your hip putting your knees over your toes and then shoot in one fluid motion while extending upward into your shot.

Not hard, just work. The more and more you play around and the more and more you work out, the better your stamina gets. Eating healthy also helps a whole lot.

Weight room helps with this. The stronger you get. The easier moving around gets, so you can then move more with less effort.
