In any apartment,there should be a utility area for keeping daily essentials like used dresses hanging washed clothes for drying keeping newspapers ironing etc. space kept for washing machine can be made spacious. But utility area should be there

Even tho in a really small space they designed it really systematicly and luxurious

His videos always makes fool to viewers

For a 1075 sqft carpet area the house looks quite spacious and exquisite. The engineers have designed it very intelligently and made it spaced out. Plus point was a separate dresser room in the Master bedroom and for this price it's a wow deal. However, interior was lacking depth and visibility. I mean so much coul have been done with minimal use of space utilisation and making it look neat. For ex- dresser was wasted by putting 2 brown cupboards, they could have provided glass door ceiling touched wardrobe, and many more small details in interior was missed. Otherwise it would look fabulous
