Ist negative point is when u open main door what show in front ...toilet. 2ndly the price is over hyped. It may be 75 to 85 lacs. Not more than that.

গানডুটা বর্তমান দাম কি হতে পারে কোন আইডিয়া নেই। পুরোনো ফার্নিচারগুলো রেখে দিলেও এবং ফুল ফারনিষড হলেও এত দাম হতে পারে না।

Better you learn Vaastu. Main Bedroom is in North East Direction. Not fit for Husband wife who still young and involve in sexual activities. This is direction where Senior Citizens can reside with Pooja room.not a single bedroom is having 12 X 11 feet size. Even kitchen is so narrow. Should not cost more than 60/65 lacs. There is good day light outside but you use light as colour shades of rooms are very dark. It will fark without light. 🤪🤪🤪🤪
