It's too costly. I can understand the whole house is awesome but it's damn costly.

Optimum space utilisation is ur best part always. Only thing of kitchen is that sink and gas hob on opposite sides is less practical

Great to see finished project. I was shocked to hear estimate. I am getting quotes from diff sources like livespace and similar for 3 bhk 900 sqft not exceeding 20l. Even if I add more detailing in it , isn't it over budget? How much was your fee as designer/labour?
