The area between uttamngr east to dwarka mor is neither safe not it has proper wide roads... Too much of narrow lanes... And with no window..it will surely make anyone suffocate... Why dont you make flats in janakpuri tilak nagar area...

900 Sq Feet Mai yahi milegi. By constructing 3 bedrooms in 900 Sq Feet they have done commendable job.

Agar power backup nahi hua ya power failure hua to kitchen ki wajah se pure ghar me issue hoga kyuki kitchen le loye koi exhost fan nahi hai ya window nahi hai.

Mumbai being the most expensive real estate market, we have small homes in Mumbai. But they are much better than these homes. Because in Mumbai smallest homes have big windows in all rooms , so better ventilated.
