Hi do you know how much it might cost to builder such A house in the philippines??? Very beautiful but to small plot must be approx 500 Sam so there are B- LAWAS fore A swimmingpool 👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿🇸🇪🇵🇭

Good day po ma'am, for the floor area of the house nasa 138 sq.m po including ang porch, carport at veranda sa likod. Para naman sa estimated construction cost for bare finish nasa 3M, for standard finish nasa 4M at sa luxury nasa 5.8M. But since pabago-bago po ang presyo ng materials at labor cost each year maaring hindi magiging relevant ang estimated cost na binigay ko next year and the following. also po, dahil "ESTIMATED" lang po yung cost maaari po yan mag bago depending on the site condition kung saan itatayo yung bulding. Salamat po sa panunuod!

Thank you sir for your reply. Question lang yung cost ay city estimate cguro pag probincia muramura ng konti. Yung 4m na cost kasama yung bakod. Curious lang ako sir. Thanks and God bless and more subscribers
