The floor plans of houses in Dubai is really bad. They all have these so called open plan kitchens that are just cabinets in the living rooms. Crazy that people are paying over 600k usd for that

yes to both.. check out my video on The Valley facilities! The park is amazing....the pools also too. The gym is beside the pool.

Horrible floor plan. The kitchen is atrocious. The lounge is way too small and the master bed looks like a maid’s room. Hope they do a better job with the upcoming clusters like Nara and Talia etc

I agree, Emaar has been taking a piss with their latest projects. They put too much emphasis on the community and just deliver doodoo houses. Emaar south Ranches 3 now the Valley all have these horrible ao called open plan kitchena
