3.5 days of Seoul Food Searching - Hanok Cafes | Hanwoo Beef | Gold Pig Samgyeopsal

SEOUL FOOD SEARCHING
documenting my food trials and experience in Seoul for just 3.5days
Behind the story:
Something different my normal hawker centre videos..
Took a break and visited Seoul for some traditional Hanok cafe hoping and foodie trip. Overall.. Seoul was a very easy and convenient place to visit with transportation right from airport to most major hotels. Food was better than expected even with my fear of garlic and kimchi.
Took me 2 weeks to put together this long video. Hope you’ll enjoy the trip with me. 😊

    Hi 👋 all.. To help you visit these places piggypuggy been.. he’s mapped out a list for your east reference. But please note that Google maps don’t work well in Korea itself. You’d have to use Naver map 🗺️ Piggypuggy Seoul · Piggypuggy maps.app.goo.gl/huu1RJQtvtRHsXsn7?g_st=i

    I've been to South Korea, Japan and Singapore and those Asian countries were so clean and beautiful. Some Asian countries felt more developed than Europe or the United States

    Oh well, you can’t say US is a developed country from cleanliness, safety, and manners perspective. It is smelly, not safe, and well known for their loudness & their perception that they are the most superior beings on earth (poor manners). US used to be very advanced and developed because of many great founding fathers and leaders in the past. But it is just a story in the past. It is undeniable however that democracy and freedom of thinking, speech, and information in US have hatched a lot of innovation and creativity in advanced science and technology.

    Hmm, A new world and a new aesthetic, Piggy? The sound track has changed in match step to this jump to the left, while the visuals have jumped in sympathy to the right (Yes, that is a Rocky Horror Show reference). Well done Dr M Gad zooks, Piggy!!! In an editing and slip you have revealed your face. Good, perhaps you can show me a couple of old man bars when I hit Lion Town come late February/March next.

    Ahh yes Dr M .. A world of difference from my usual hawker escapades.. even dwelled into some Korean pop to accompany the vibes for this video. And yes.. that face is the reason why I don’t reveal myself.. might not go down well with food videos 😂.. neither do I posses Mark Weins signature whimsical head tilt that draws millions.. thanks for even watching Korean travels 😄

    Good overview thanks! One note though, you hide your face but show all the faces of random passer bys. You should respect their privacy as well and blur out their faces. It felt a bit invasive to watch your videos of random people who just happen to be in your shots but who did not ask to be in them.

  • @jiyoone1277
    @jiyoone12774 күн бұрын

    Hope you are trying to be careful to exposure passersby for viewers. It’s not good to hide you but to show people you don’t know without permits.
