Join me on my dirt and pavement adventure, filmed on 3 cameras, riding 3000 miles on my motorcycle to journey from New York City to Fundy National Park in Canada on a Triumph Bonneville SE during May. I spent a few rainy days in Acadia National Park in Maine (primarily riding Park Loop Road on Mt. Desert Isle), and headed north up Route 1 "Maine's Big Sur", to the Fundy Coast in Canada. Plenty of logging roads, winding coastal roads, and even a little bit of snow. I chose to motocamp most nights, despite the cold weather in Canada.

This video assembles what motorcycles represent to us and how it truly feels, This is one of the many reasons why we take the risk and uneasy life for the beauty that lies behind. More than a good job pal, keep safe and Do more.
I love it Chris! My good friend Jay and I drove our motorcycles the entire way around Ireland last summer, wild camping along the coastline, stopping off to climb mountains along the way. It was the best adventure I've ever had. Jay and I had so many conversations about the trip, how the journey became the destination! You've captured all the conversation we had in one 6 minute video, you've summed it up beautifully! Well done.

Sounds like you and Jay did it right. Ireland appears to have quite incredible coastal roads. It’s certainly on my list - just not sure how adept I’d be at driving on the left side of the road...
I’ve been captured by motorcycling since 1969. Returned to the sport seriously 2 years ago. As a result, I watch a lot of moto vids. You my man have done an excellent vid. Love the images and your commentary. Keep it up.
Beautiful video, bike and scenery...
Spot on explanation of riding. I lived in Australia for 10 years before returning to Canada. I only rode motorcycles. Didn't own a car. Because I could ride year round. This video is exactly the same thing I would tell all my friends. And I toured all over the eastern part of Australia. Still ride today, but its only half of the year now.
I love your introduction on the difference between car & motorcycles. Such a message there, i only had the chance to ride a motorcycle once but i'm an avid bike rider & certainly the freedom that comes from riding a 2wheeler and the connection that happens to nature is real deep, even walking/trailing in nature won't do me like riding does on a bike. Real freedom like this you'll never experience in your routine life, you need to seek discomfort every now & then to really feel what it's like.
I absolutely Love this video. Thank you for sharing your journey and your wisdom with us.
Great video. I have over 9500 miles on my 2013 Bonneville. I ditched the airbox, added Headers, Progressive springs in the front with Racetech valve emulators, Ohlin shocks in the rear, and a new set of Pirelli Diablo III's. I LOVE my Bonneville!!
Great trip an a great bike. And nicely filmed. Thanks for sharing. Cheers
Great video. The journey, the reflections, the scenery...all in a package of meaning and awareness. Thank you for sharing.
I love your commentary. You truly capture the spirit of life through the lens of a motorcycle traveler.
Beutiful scenery and editing! It really captures the feeling of why you should ride motorcycles, explore and live life to its fullest!
I stumbled across this video randomly looking at motorcycle content, and I have to say you put riding into a context that I feel every time I ride but find difficult to express to people. I'm actually looking to get a Triumph Street Twin this year as my second motorcycle. Can't wait to keep on living.
I loved it... The landscape... The Wind... The Day... The Night... The Motorcycle.... The Thumping Sound... The Life....
This is a beautiful homage to the motorcycling experience. Thank you for sharing.
This channel should be a world heritage, your reflections and thoughts about the world and yourself are incredible, please keep bringing us more content
Watching this video, I felt like you were saying something all of us have in back of our minds but cant express it. Damn beautiful footage to go along with it. This is now a route I want to take one day.
Truely a beautiful narrative and video! It makes me wanna go for a week long ride and see where i end up
I envy you for having lived and experienced the adventure of a lifetime. Most wonderful moments!!!

Awesome video and story Chris ! Thanks for sharing.
one of the best motorcycle video. the comment is so superb. The rider showing so much thoughts on how we think as a rider. escaping from cage, freedom etc. superb
Greatness! Very nice work!
Nice vid man! We cannot emphasize too much that making motorcyle trips is the ultimate freedom experience!
best narration in terms of the core essence of riding. As I was listening I had this trip down the memory lane, where for every word he said I had a memory pop up. thanks!
Inspiring video essay. Thanks for the journey! Awesome!
Rode up to Nova Scotia with a friend a few years ago, and my ride was also a Bonnie (2010 model). Did the southern (lighthouse) route from Yarmouth, then continued east to do the Cabot Trail. Returned to the States via New Brunswick. Easily one of the best trips of my life. Great video 👍🏻 Thanks for sharing.

I enjoyed the photography and your philosophical musings about life's journey on a motorcycle. When I have taken my motorcycle onto the scenic and less congested B Class roads over the last 50 years, one's mind does reflect on the beauty, sounds and smells of the countryside that you pass through. You never experience the same in a car, as you are cocooned in an air conditioned travelling office, listening to the radio or music, and not taking in the "reality" of what's on the outside. I'm semi retired now, but I've managed to cover 50K. kilometres over the last five years on what may be my last motorcycle, like yours, a 2009 Triumph Bonneville SE, on the backroads where I live now, in the Hunter Region, on Lake Macquarie in NSW, Australia.
Great story, clips and pics, Chris! I took a similar trip, more than 20 years ago, with my BMW R100R and a buddy and his HD. We crossed the country riding from L.A. to N.Y. in 16 days, taking each day as it came, dealing with freezing temperatures, snow and ice, rain storms/floods, 125 degrees temperature and then some of the most beautiful days I'll ever remember cruising 5,000 miles in total. What an experience!
Wow! this video perfectly explained why we love riding motorcycles. It's really about being there and not just passing through. I love it! :)
Within moments of watching this I’m transported back to the teenage boy reading “Zen and the Art off Motorcycle Maintenance”. I read it aged 13 and got a moped aged 16 - into the metal cage at age 20. Age 40 a BMW R1150GS took me and my then girlfriend, now my wife, all around Europe. Age 50 I re-read the aforementioned book - and still never really understood it. Your words and short video have amplified and expanded my love of two wheel travel - thank you so much.

This kind of motorcycle isn`t the best for this ride, but the most important is the adventure. Amazing trip, congratulations from Brazil.
