Entire arena needs to be fixed, some champs are utter trash, some are omega broken,most match ups are pretty much rock,papier,scissors.

I feel like it's balanced in the sense that most other maps provide the ability to kite, so having 1 map with no kiting is based

Map sucks.. it's absolute chaos and blast plant debauchery. Add in the random npc like Jhin or Pyke and it's anyone's guess as to who is doing well on that map.
