Man...I'm an "old head" 59 years old, and I love this song. It can nearly bring you to tears because he told his story so well. He was much too talented to have his remains at some cemetery. Had he been allowed to put 25 more years of wisdom into his craft, there's no telling what he could have produced from his soul. He was extremely talented. This one, shed so many tears and dear momma cut like a knife. Rest brother...

Pac was a Prophet

It's like two different songs, incredible. This one is more mellow, and the tone of the lyrics is more forgiving. The explicit version sound less mellow and lyrics are more bitter and angry. The fact that he could write two versions with different perspectives, showing both ends of the spectrum emotionally. Genius

Tupac is the Goat Rapper of all time

I grew up on this version when it came out. I still prefer this one than the album cos that bass on this one is so smooth at the beginning.
