Actually, there were people close to Pac even Pac's half brother Mopreme who spoke on times when Pac in conversation had admitted that he was in love with Lisa but the issue was that, at that time being in the position he was in and all of the women he had dealings with he was NOT ready to put those feelings for her out there yet. Basically, he wanted to do his own thing. Lisa on the other hand was more adamant about how she felt and wanted to act on it. That's where the problems came in. They were definitely soulmates.
